the Good News of God’s PLAN of Salvation



 The question is: Are you saved? It is not a question of how good you are, nor if you attend religious services, but... are you saved? Have you been converted, born again? 

God says in order to go to Heaven, you must be born again. John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

In the Holy Bible, God has revealed His plan for Salvation by Grace, through faith in His only begotten Son Jesus Christ alone. How?

SIN is the transgression of God’s law, the ten commandments. 1 John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. First, you must admit you have sinned, and that your sin is against God, who is All Holy. Isaiah 6:3 And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory. Exodus 15:11 Who is like unto thee, O LORD, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders? Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.

Because you have sinned, you are spiritually dead; separated from God. Ephesians 2:1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; Colossians 2:13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death. This includes God’s JUST punishment for your sins: hell, and eternal damnation in the lake of fire.
 Psalm 9:17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God. Hebrews 9:27
. . . it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment. John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 
But God lovingly gave His only begotten Son, Jesus, to bear your sins and die in your place. John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 2 Corinthians 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. Jesus Christ was born of a virgin, according to the prophecies in the Old Testament. Isaiah 7:14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. Immanuel means God with us. Christ is a title, it means MESSIAH. Jesus Christ is God manifest in the flesh, the promised Messiah. 1 Timothy 3:16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. Jesus came to save sinners! Matthew 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. 1 Timothy 1:15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief. 
The Lord Jesus Christ had to shed His Holy, sinless, precious blood and die. Lev. 17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood. . . . Hebrews 9:22
without shedding of blood is no remission (pardon) John 10:11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. 
Romans 5:8 . . . God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. 
His blood atonement was the payment for the sins of the world. He died ONCE for ALL, on the cross. Romans 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Romans 3:25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation (payment) through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; 1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. Jesus rose on the third day according to the scriptures! He is alive! Romans 4:24,25 But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead; Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification. 2 Corinthians 5:15 And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again. 
God’s word declares the Truth! My sins and your sins were laid upon The Lord Jesus Christ and He died in our place. He became our substitute. 
 Acts 17:30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent. “Biblical repentance as preached by John the Baptist, the Lord Jesus Christ, and the apostles, is A CHANGE OF MIND TOWARD GOD AND SIN THAT RESULTS IN A CHANGE OF LIFE. IT IS A SPIRIT-WROUGHT CHANGE OF MIND THAT LEADS TO A CHANGE OF LIFE. It is not a change of life. That would be a works salvation. It is a radical, Spirit-wrought change of mind toward sin and God, such a dramatic change of mind that it changes one’s actions.” (David Cloud) 
Acts 2:37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Jesus is the only Way John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 8:24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins. Repent, 2 Corinthians 7:10 For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death. and believe: 1 Corinthians 15:3,4 ...that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: 
Will you repent, humbly believing on Him as the one who bore your sin, died in your place, was buried, and whom God resurrected? His resurrection powerfully assures that the believer can claim everlasting life when Jesus is received as Savior. He has defeated death and sin.

John 1:12
But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name. Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Romans 10:11 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Whosoever includes you. Shall be saved means not maybe, nor can, but shall be saved.

Surely, you know you have broken God’s commandments and sinned against Him. Right now, wherever you are, repenting, you can lift your heart to God in prayer.

In Luke 18:13, the sinner prayed: “God be merciful to me a sinner.” There is nothing wrong with humbly praying to God The Father, in the name of His Son Jesus, and asking Him to save you, a guilty sinner. But saying a prayer does not save, Faith in Jesus Christ does. You could pray in your own words, telling God that you confess to being a guilty sinner, you now believe that Jesus Christ died for your sins on the Cross, you believe His shed blood, death, burial, and resurrection were His all sufficient payment for your sins, putting all trust and faith in Jesus to be YOUR Saviour. Thank God for the forgiveness of your sins, the gift of salvation and everlasting life, because of His merciful Grace. Amen!

Take God at His word and claim His salvation by faith. Believe, and you will be saved. No prayer, no church, no lodge, no “being raised in a Christian home”, no good works can save you. Remember, God does the saving. All of it! Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. When you are born again, God’s Holy Spirit lives inside of you, giving you the gift of eternal Life in Christ. You know by faith in Christ alone that your sins are forgiven! 1 John 4:13 Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit. 
2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 
God’s power will save you, keep you saved, and enable you to live a victorious Christian life. Your desire will be to serve The Lord and be separate from sin. 1 Corinthians 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, Who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

Do not trust your feelings. They change. Stand on God’s promises. They never change! After you are saved, there are three things to practice daily for spiritual growth:

* Pray -- you talk to God.
* Read the Holy Bible - God talks to you.
* Witness -- you talk for God.

You should be baptized in obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ as a public testimony of your salvation, (Acts 10:48). Seek to fellowship with other born again believers who make up a Biblical New Testament church. 
Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 
 Matthew 10:32 Whosoever therefore shall confess Me before men, him will I confess also before My Father which is in heaven.
